In 2018 she laid the foundation of poetry organization KSHITIJ-Where dreams meet reality ,which is serving budding poets so that they can prosper and follow their passion into profession .
KSHITIJ is a pioneer of 'Indian Iconic Poet' in India and have successfully conducted 3 seasons.
To bring  young poets into limelight she conducted poetry events in reputed Institution like Munjal University, Amity University, Delhi University, JIIT College, Kiet institutes etc.
For doing exceptional work to take poets to non-poetic audience she has received,Lions Club Women's Achiever Award 2022,World Association of Women Warriors Poetpreneur2021 Award,
