Dalip Singh is an IAS officer of Haryana cadre belonging to 1982 batch.  He served on senior positions in Government of India as well as in the State Govt. Of Haryana. IHeretired in the year 2016. Post retirement he havsbeen appointed on a constitutional post namely State Election Commissioner of Haryana for five years.
He has authored one book namely “Emotional Intelligence at Work” published by SAGE publications. The book has seen four editions and has been translated into many Indian languages and also in Chinese.
