Bhaskar Indrakanti has a background in English Literature, Psychology and a PGDM in Marketing from BIMM, Pune, with a UGC-NET accreditation in the subject of Management.
He has had the experience of working in the Indian corporate ecosystem and has worked with Zee Entertainment Enterprise Limited, Mumbai and Delhi and Praxair India Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, as a marketing and communications manager.
Now, back to his roots, he is inclined towards bringing a shift in how structured education and mental health are conventionally viewed in society by creating awareness and empowering people for a better, healthier life. He has delivered lectures in the areas of theatre, literature, bullying, and other topics within the purview of management, communication and psychology.
He has taken workshops for students and administration of IIM, Udaipur, SBU, Pune, NIFT and IEHE, Bhopal, RNTU, Bhopal, NLIU, Bhopal and Legal Edge Tutorials, Bhopal & Indore.
He is also an active theatre enthusiast and has been a part of Hindi and English theatre productions staged at Bharat Bhavan and around the city. He also writes for Young Bhaskar magazine by Dainik Bhaskar on themes like mental wellness and storytelling.
As of now, he is pursuing his MA in Counselling Psychology and has also ventured in the world of YouTube and other digital platforms, preparing MOOC courses for independent platforms and univerisities.
