Dr Sandeep Shastri
Introduction
Dr Sandeep Shastri is a political scientist who is the Vice Chancellor of Jagran Lakecity University. Author of a book on Lal Bahadur Shastri, Dr Shastri specialises in the study and analysis of Indian politics with a special focus on elections. A consultant to the United Nations, World Bank and the Forum of Federations, Dr Shastri has delivered lectures in over 50 countries in all the six inhabited continents.
