Madiha is one of India’s top Event manager and Social Entrepreneur, She started both her co partnered event companies namely “M.A.T.E and Maestro Events” in 2019 at India & Dome Events in 2022 at Durban, which gives opportunities to all age groups especially focusing women. From providing placements, guiding and motivating youth in the areas of events, fashion, modelling and entertainment. She has organized managed & judged number of events, fashion shows & auditions too. Round of applause for Madiha Reshamwala, a single mom, a teacher, a compassionate caregiver & a social worker. She has a passion for not only tasting different sort of cuisines but cooking is one of her passions too that makes her a big time "Foodie". She won title of Influential Women of the Year 2022 and among top 100 influential women currently in Durban & featured in woman's magazine for same .She is also now elected as a Brand Ambassador for Wireless Female Network for Bhopal(India) to work in areas of female menstrual health & awareness, violence against woman & woman empowerment & development.

She recently received award for Entrepreneur at Udaan Conclave as well.
