Dr Nanaki J. Chadha is an internationally Chartered Sport and Performance Psychologist under the British Psychological Society (BPS). She holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Delhi, a master’s in sport psychology from Loughborough University, UK (2015), and a doctoral degree in sport psychology from Staffordshire University (2022). A certified practitioner in Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), Nanaki integrates it into sports to help athletes develop a rational and pragmatic mindset, enhancing performance and well-being. With extensive experience across grassroots to elite levels, Nanaki has supported athletes in sports such as cricket, golf, football, hockey, athletics, gymnastics, shooting, swimming, and taekwondo, among others. Her collaborations include organizations like the Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme (TASS), Northamptonshire County Cricket Club, City of Stoke Athletics Club, Staffs Elite Programme, Olympic Golf Quest (OGQ), Indian Golf Union, and the Indian National Cycling Team.
Beyond sports, Nanaki applies psychological principles of performance excellence to domains such as academics, business, and performing arts, conducting workshops to help individuals navigate pressure and enhance their performance. Her diverse expertise and evidence-based approach make her a sought-after professional in sport and performance psychology.
