Dr. Prasanth Kumar Ponugoti, B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, LLB, LLM, PGD-PPSD, PhD (Law), is a senior Indian bureaucrat with 33 years of experience across Union Ministries and State Government. He holds advanced
qualifications in technology, corporate law, management, and public policy. His LLM research contributed suggestions to Company Law reforms. A published scholar, he authored the global-read book Algorithmic Governance.
He previously served in Ministries of Justice, Tribal Affairs, Railways, Road Transport and Highways, and as OSD to Telangana. He currently heads Testing and Conformity Assessment (TEC, Ministry of Communications), coordinating with WTO-TBT and promoting domestic telecom testing and certification infrastructure.
He actively engages in Indian interfaith relations and policy seminars, and consistently prioritises national interest—guided by the motto “Country First, Nothing Next.”
