Meenakshi Dua, one of the founder members of the Air India Society for Art and Culture, is now an active founder member of this Society which hosts the BLF. She is a distinguished HR professional and is the former Executive Director- North at Air India and held the position of a Board Member of its subsidiary. She has also been a Country Head- Education with a premier Aviation Academy. Currently, she serves as an Hon. Member of the Audit Advisory Board under GOI, leveraging her expertise as an aviation specialist. She continues to mentor , advise, and inspire youth, especially girls to foster their careers in aviation sector.
