Prabhat Tiwari is a distinguished academician, civil servant, and social leader with a multifaceted career spanning over four decades. An alumnus of IIM Calcutta, he holds an M.Sc, M.Phil, MBA, and LLB. He served as a Professor in a Government College until 1990, after which he dedicated 35 years (1990–2025) to state civil services, holding key administrative roles. For a decade, he specialized in skill development and continuing education. A recipient of the Chief Minister Excellence Award, he led impactful initiatives such as the statewide library campaign and the “Chalo Khet Ki Aur” agricultural awareness movement, promoting education, governance, and sustainable social development.
