Parul Sharma is a Corporate Behavioral Skills Trainer, Communication and Executive Presence Coach, who has worked with leading global brands including Ernst & Young, Deloitte, and Longines.

Before discovering her ikigai in training and facilitation, she spent several years as a journalist with The Hindu and later as an educator with Army Schools—experiences that deeply shaped her voice, curiosity, and empathy.

Parul has served as a moderator and presenter at the Abhivyakti Army Women’s Litfest in Pune and Chandigarh, and is a recurring anchor at the Bhopal Literature Festival for the past two years.
