Guru Prakash Paswan is an academic, author, and national spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He serves as an Assistant Professor in the P.G. Department of Law at Patna University and has written extensively on constitutional law, federalism, and social justice. His scholarly and public policy engagements include contributions to leading national dailies such as The Indian Express and ThePrint. He is also a founding member of the Bihar Young Thinkers Forum and has represented India in academic and policy forums abroad, including Australia. His recent works engage with Ambedkarite thought, federalism, and the intersections of politics, law, and society.
