Introduction

Jyoti makes sense of this world through stories. She tries to understand people  through the narratives that they weave  for others ,self and the world .She believes that growth and transformation are essential to well-being and that it is the purpose for which we have been created . She is a renowned Storyteller with powers to heal and rejuvenate. 

With a career spanning over three decades, she has helped a significant number of individuals rewrite their life stories and embark on journeys of healing and self-discovery.

As a distinguished Psychologist ,Transformational Coach and acclaimed storyteller, she  has transformed the therapeutic landscape by integrating narrative techniques into her practice. She has been awarded as one of the fifty most innovative Storytellers in India, at the world Storytelling Congress. She stands at a fascinating crossroads where psychology meets storytelling.


Having been married to an Army officer, she has contributed immensely in the welfare of the families impacting  more than 30000 of them including Children .
She has curated Mental Health Fests for Army, “Man Tarang” and “Sunheri Dhoop” (Central Command ), incorporating Storytelling and Arts activities ,which were highly appreciated. She works with individuals and groups and is also known for her innovative workshops and retreats,especially for women . These immersive experiences are designed to disrupt habitual patterns and foster deep, sustainable transformation. Participants often describe these events as life-changing, thanks to her ability to create an environment of trust, openness, and growth.

She continues on her journey of learning and growing through  training teachers ,Corporates ,Army officers and women   through her space “Soul Katha”.
