Raghav Chandra

Introduction

Author of the acclaimed novels: SCENT OF A GAME and KALI’S DAUGHTER, and Editor of THE ETERNAL WISDOM OF THE TRIBES, founder Director of the Bhopal Literature and Art Festival, he is an IAS officer who retired as Secretary Government of India. His op-eds on management and sustainability issues have been published in all leading journals. 
He is an alumnus of Harvard University, USA where he was an Edward S Mason Fellow –dividing his time between the Kennedy School of Government and the Harvard Business School.  He is a Professor of Practice at IIM Calcutta and founder of advisory firm CUNSULT.
